Three quotations with different restrictions

All companies and numbers are hypothetical. 100 complete K-17 sets, revision 2, are required; unit is set. Amounts already include applicable taxes; deductions are not calculated in this comparison. Lead time and technical compliance are checked separately.

A — unknown delivery. The product price is 1,640 ₽ per set, batch of 100: 164,000 ₽. Delivery is paid separately, but the amount is not specified. The product cost is confirmed, the total supply amount is unknown. In the calculation form, the delivery field remains empty, and the total shows "not confirmed." If the supplier then confirms 12,000 ₽, the total will be 176,000 ₽. This total cannot be used before the response.

B — minimum batch. The price of 1,740 ₽ per set applies to the confirmed batch of 150 sets, delivery included. If 100 sets are needed and the minimum is 150, the amount payable is 150 × 1,740 = 261,000 ₽. The price per purchased unit is 1,740 ₽; 50 sets will remain beyond the current requirement. Dividing the payment by 100 gives 2,610 ₽ per unit of the current requirement, but this is already a different indicator. Storage conditions and further use of the excess items are considered separately.

C — partial completeness. A batch of 100 main items costs 158,000 ₽, delivery is 5,000 ₽. The missing items are preliminarily estimated at 9,000 ₽. The known portion of the costs is 163,000 ₽, the preliminary total amount is 172,000 ₽. The final amount for the full set is not yet confirmed: the composition, the cost of the missing items, and the overall lead time are needed. Nine thousand cannot be quietly turned into the final price.

Result of the first review: for B, the payment for 150 sets is known; for A, delivery needs clarification; for C, completion of the set. This is not a selection of the best supplier. First, options that meet the mandatory procurement conditions must be obtained.

Working card for one offer

For each quotation, copy one card — it is easier to read on a phone than a wide table with several suppliers.

In the calculation table, set separate indicators for included delivery and full set. Included delivery adds an additional cost of 0 ₽; unknown delivery gives a question mark. These are different states. For an already complete set, do not add the preliminary cost of the elements remaining from another option.
