Purchase amount and balance when selecting a plant or seller

Two training calculations of factory and seller price. Purchase amount, minimum order quantity, and balance are calculated separately; unknown shipping is not treated as zero.

How to use

  1. Enter the requirement, minimum order, and price for the corresponding volume.
  2. Add delivery and other confirmed expenses on the same basis.
  3. Compare the payment now, quantity to purchase and remaining balance; do not automatically treat the balance as a loss.

Result: Two calculations and a purchase amount form with unknown costs.

11 Purchase Amount and Balance When Choosing the Plant or Seller

For the buyer: compare the payable batch, expenses, and balance separately. All offers must relate to the same requirements and the same tax basis.

Minimum M, pcs. […] […]
Chargeable quantity Q, pcs. […] […]

Q is not less than N and M; packaging multiple is agreed separately. The MAX(N, M) formula is suitable only for an arbitrary volume not below the minimum.

Product: Q×C.

Purchase amount: Q×C+P+D+E.

Balance: Q−N.

Purchased unit price: amount/Q.

Amount/current requirement: amount/N is the purchase load, not the part cost.

Zero means confirmed absence of expense; empty means unknown amount. Do not calculate a final total with unknown expenses. Do not add already included amounts again; do not subtract the remainder from the payment without a separate decision.

Training check: N = 20; factory: M = 100, C = 900, D = 6000, P = 0, E = 0 → Q = 100, total 96,000, remainder 80. Seller: M = 20, C = 1100, D = 2000, P = 0, E = 0 → Q = 20, total 24,000, remainder 0. At N = 100, seller total is 112,000 only under the previous conditions.
