Partial response to the RFQ

How to prepare a partial response to an RFQ: keep the item numbers, show statuses, ask a technical question, and agree on delivery of the proposed volume.

How to use

  1. Include in the letter only the discrepancies that hinder calculation or ordering.
  2. Assign a status to each line and suggest a specific next step.
  3. Check who should respond and by what date.

Result: a short letter with the status of each line.
