Form check in a training supply
In the training example, the line "240 brackets according to drawing KR-17, revision 2" gives 240 × 480 = 115,200 ₽. Delivery of this batch to the agreed warehouse is charged separately at 7,200 ₽, so the total payable is 122,400 ₽. All amounts in this example are final, with taxes already included; the actual seller enters its own tax terms.
If you replace only the heading with "120 brackets" while keeping the amount of 115,200 ₽, the document will become inconsistent. The check is performed using the chain "quantity → unit price → line amount → delivery → total." For two line items, each is checked separately, then the amounts are added. Delivery already included in the line is not counted again in the total.
Before sending the quotation, agree on acceptance procedures, the start of the delivery period and the tax terms.
