RusProm is a federal register of manufacturers. We help buyers and manufacturers find each other and communicate directly, saving businesses time and money. Our product is a subscription to a platform for B2B business.

## Employment terms

- Base salary: RUB 50,000 take-home pay + sales commission + bonuses.
- City: Krasnoyarsk.
- Office: Krasnoyarsk, 84D Kalinina Street.
- Work arrangement: Office-based or hybrid.

## What you'll do

- Work with an existing client database: reach decision-makers and negotiate with business representatives.
- Sell subscriptions through cold outreach: make calls, send messages, hold meetings and close deals.
- Present the platform's features and demonstrate their value to each client's business.
- Close deals and follow through until payment is received.
- Develop and retain clients: subscriptions are built on long-term relationships.
- Keep CRM records up to date and track deal progress so every client gets the attention they need.

## What we're looking for

- Experience in B2B sales.
- Confidence working with cold leads and resilience in the face of rejection.
- A structured approach, strong communication skills and a focus on results.

An existing client network is an advantage.
