Find products and manufacturers

Select products by name, OKPD2, and region. Switch to the manufacturers list to review suitable companies.

• Before requesting quotes, compare specifications for up to three products in the main catalog or two to four entries in the EAEU catalog.
• Separate EAEU product catalog with search by registry records.

Prepare a request for a commercial offer

Compile the procurement scope, select recipients, and set the conditions. The saved draft can be continued later.

• Items entered manually, from the catalog, or by importing from a spreadsheet.
• Quantity, response time, delivery terms, and attachments.
• A supplier can reply to this specific request through the personal link in the email, even while waiting for company membership approval.

Compare the commercial offers and select an offer

Evaluate the proposals by composition and terms, not only by the final total. Export the materials for further work.

• Comparison of price, line-item coverage, VAT, payment and delivery.
• Selecting an offer with the decision recorded in the request history.
• CSV comparison and archive of quotation files, including for preparing justification of the procurement price.

Selecting a commercial offer does not conclude a contract. Completing the request is a separate action.

Discuss the details with the supplier

Clarify terms and exchange files in the correspondence related to the inquiry. Each supplier sees only their own dialogue.

• A separate private chat with each available participant.
• Messages and attachments in the procurement context.
• Share a product or company from its card. Recipients can open only cards they have access to.
